SportO Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SportO (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any SportO feature on the web or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Accounts & Security

To use some of our services, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for protecting your login information and all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized access.

3. Tournament Organization & Participation Rules

• For organizers: You agree to provide truthful information about tournaments, rules, fees, and prize structures. Organizers are responsible for operating tournaments fairly, resolving disputes according to the published rules, and complying with applicable financial rules for platform fees and refunds.
• For athletes and teams: You agree to compete in a sportsmanlike manner and not falsify age, gender, or ELO skill information. Any skill-rating fraud may result in disqualification and permanent account suspension.

4. Financial Transactions & Refunds

All online tournament entry-fee transactions are processed through SportO’s linked payment gateway. Withdrawal from a tournament and refund requests must follow the specific refund policy established by the organizer. SportO is responsible for transferring a refund only when the request meets the stated conditions and has been properly approved by the organizer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, source code, graphic designs, and related technology belong exclusively to SportO or its licensing partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

SportO provides a technical connection and management platform. We are not responsible for physical injuries, personal property loss, or unforeseen incidents occurring during real-world tournaments at the venue. Organizers and players are responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and medical conditions necessary for competition.
