1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tournament Management platform (VNVar / sporto.asia). We are committed to protecting user privacy and personal information when you use our mobile application and website.

2. Data Collection & Leaderboard (Leaderboard & ELO Rating)

When you register an account, participate in sports tournaments (Pickleball, Badminton, Tennis, or Table Tennis), or use the application features:

• We collect basic information such as your name, avatar, email address, phone number, and tournament achievements.
• Global Leaderboard & ELO Rating: For ranked tournament content, your display name, match results, and ELO rating may be stored on our servers and shown on leaderboards for seeding and competition purposes.
• The registration screen for ranked tournaments includes a separate confirmation checkbox. Only after you consent will your results and ELO rating be included in the ranking system. Unranked tournaments do not update ELO.

3. Purpose of Data Use

• Authenticate user accounts and manage the list of athletes participating in tournaments.
• Calculate ELO ratings, maintain leaderboards, and automatically create match schedules.
• Send schedule notifications, match results, and related information from tournament organizers.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is stored securely on highly protected servers.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You may request to update or correct your personal information or request deletion of all account data at any time by contacting us through the support email or using the Delete Account feature in the application.
